Employment Aug 22’ – Present Labelnet (High Ongar) Reprographics Labels. Working part-time using Hybrid Packz preparing artwork for proof and digital print. Dec 20’ – Present Curtis Packaging (Redhill) Reprographics Packaging. Artwork clean-up, Reprographics and imposing luxury packaging. Using Esko Artpro & Artpro+. Apr 19’ – Dec 20' Bakers Labels (Brentwood) ABG Digicon & Rewinder Operator. Aug 17’ – Oct 2017 JPG (Southend) Packaging Repro & Artwork Operator. Returned to previous employer. My role was a mixture of repro and artwork for Müller. Mar 17’ – July 2017 Konica Minolta (UK-HQ,Basildon) Service Technician. Setting up and fault finding of multi-function printers. Implementing secure network setting and remote access.  Building bespoke machines to client needs and pre-delivery inspection. Nov 05’ – Feb 17' JPG (formerly Prestige Graphics, Southend) Senior Packaging Repro Operator. Providing trapped final print ready files for Litho, Gravure, Flexo and Dry offset. Using Illustrator CC, Esko products and Artpro. Covering Manager during holiday periods. Mar 05’ – Oct 05 Keenes Reprographics (Barbican, London) Advertising Specification Operator. The company is a preferred supplier of Adverts to the National Newspapers. Checking that advertisements meet the newspapers specification in colour, UCR or GCR, profiles and postscript standards. Then forwarding on in the correct specification to the newspapers or magazines. Oct 03’ – Feb 05' Ski season in Austria working various jobs. Travelled Canada, USA, Hawaii,  New Zealand, Australia. Mar 03’ – Sep 03’ GPS (Global Print Services) Digital Printer Operator. Xerox 2045 digital press with the Cero Spire Rip. Artwork and variable data printing with Creo Darwin. May 00’ – Mar 03’ Reprofactory (Hackney, London) Consultant and Operator. Took a consultant/operator role to implement the change to computer to plate. Provided general technical and reprographic trouble shooting for a variety of work and systems. Developed many new working practices to aid and increase production of plates. Mar 98’ to May 00’ Perivan Colour Print (Southend) Reprographic Operator. Supervised the smooth running of shift handover and delegation of work to the appropriate operators. This work was confidential report and account contracts which had to be accurate and of a high quality. The entire process was run digitally from proofs to computer to plate. Also included system administration and work backup. I was also integral in the upgrade to computer to plate system. Mar 96’ – Mar 98’ DisplayCraft (Brixton, London) Trapping Operator. Manual trapping of screen-printed work with Illustrator and Freehand. Provided trapped artwork for projection to posters and shop displays. Complex solutions were needed to deal with various ink density and screen processes. Aug 95’ – Feb 96’ Whitehall Publications (Islington, London) Typesetting and Research Produced books for government contracts including V.E. and V.J. Day celebrations. My duties involved research and page layout. These contracts ceased and the company ran into financial difficulties. Nov 93’ to Nov 94’ Freelanced around London for Graphic Techniques, Working Image Company, Charter House Graphics, Pilot Repro and G.B. Litho (Alito Color). All these companies were experiencing difficulties with the transition to digital reprographics. Providing these companies with the skills and support they needed.

Well what can I say.... I'm a bit of a geek who loves Apple computers and gadgets with an inquisitive mind. I live in Essex and am an Essex boy though and through although TOWIE is a definite No No. Skiing is my thing in winter along with a season ticket for Southend United "Come on you BLUES" and have found a solace in gardening during the summer months. Living by the sea me and my partner Lisa have tried sailing and would like to get a dingy. You will often find us walking to Leigh-on-Sea of a weekend for a bite to eat and half of their finest ale. Lisa loves fine dining so we try many the top notch restaurants in the city although I do feel a little out of place sometimes (Ham Egg & Chips kind of man). As for Travel I have been round the world and have been extremely fortunate to experience many adventures and below are a couple of highlights.
